工作内容：1 制造工艺和技术的开发、引进和应用，以提高产品质量、降低工厂成本Manufacturing process and technology developing, introducing and implementation, to improve product quality and reduce factory cost.1）在现有制造工艺的基础上，做创新性研究，开发新工艺并成功应用到实际制造；Based on current manufacturing processes, initiating research for renovation and developing new process/tech to implement them in real production.2）将行业内成熟的先进制造工艺和技术引进，试用成功后应用到实际制造；Introducing the mature & advanced tech. in the industry, after testing and validation, implementing them in real production.3）配合公司总部技术中心，落实一些工艺开发和改进项目；Coordinating with tech. center in headquarter to execute process developing projects.2 制造流程的优化，以节约资源、提高产品质量、降低制造成本Improving manufacturing process to optimize resource, improve quality and reduce cost.1)规划工程布局，优化生产线和物流；Factory layout planning and designing to optimize production and material flow.2)标准工时研究和更新，标准化作业流程的制定；Standard working time study and updating and standard working process establishing.3)人机工程研究，改善作业方式和生产各序线平衡；Ergonomics study to improve working method and line balancing.4)用精益生产的工具推动持续改善，如全员改善、防错法、自动化等；Continuous improvement with lean production tools.3 产品性能测试和监控管理Product performance testing and monitoring.1)按要求定期检测产品性能，研究和解决造成性能不合格的问题；Regularly testing product performance according to requirement, study and solve the problems 4 从材料、制造工艺和流程上推动工厂成本降低Lead cost reduction in material and manufacturing plant wide.1)定期分析和计算成品成本；Periodically analyzing material and manufacturing cost of product.2)汇总成本降低的项目，提交管理层；Summarizing cost reduction projects and report to management.5 工艺和技术支持Engineering support1)支持工艺部编写相关技术规范文件；Supporting engineering depart. to compile relevant engineering documents.2)支持工艺部解决现场一些技术问题。职位要求1)大专及以上学历；2)工科背景，机械制造、材料等相关专业更佳；3)在制造行业从事研发、工程工艺等相关工作3年以上，有焊接工艺相关工作经验更佳；4)能熟练使用机械制图软件绘图；5)英语阅读、写作能力良好，会基本的口语交流；6)良好的沟通、协调和时间管理能力；
