DRX competence model and careerpath:竞争力，根据DRX胜任力模型以及职业生涯路径 ；； Objectives of jobs 工作任务Conduct measurement amd inspection tasks完成项目中质量检测与检验的任务.1.Check the interactions of individual components and component groups, to assure their functionality2.Specify test equipment/Prepare test sequences/test equipment3.Measure and inspect parts (e.g. function, dimension, surface properties, dimensional accuracy,chemical and physical composition, etc.)； evaluate and document the results4.Procure and look over inspection plans5.Plan and document test sequences； also initial or special parts6.Document and evaluate results, using statistical methods of quality assurance7.Recognize and evaluate deviations； specify correction values/dimensional allowances as necessary8.Sort out and label, as well as pass on, defective parts/component groups (with description of defect(s))9. Cooperate in quality questions (e.g. for approvals, releases for deviations, etc.)10.Suggest design changes11. Support the definition of part requirements (requirements management)12.Support risk evaluation for design, product and process (FMEA)13.Support and coordinate PLP(Control Plan) document14.
